EliteBinaa Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return Policy. Please carefully review the terms below for guidance on how to return items or request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

We understand that purchasing products online can sometimes be difficult, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible. You may return items purchased from EliteBinaa within 30 days from the date you receive your order, under the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unopened: Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including all packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: To facilitate the return process, please include the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions, such as used or opened products, cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, opened, or partially used products
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@elitebinaa.com or call us at (970) 593-3192. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Prepare the Return: Carefully package the items to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the RMA number and any other required documentation as provided by our customer service team.

  4. Ship the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

  5. Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. You will be notified once your return is processed.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This typically takes 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the full purchase price of the returned product(s), minus any shipping charges.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply if the product is returned in less than perfect condition (e.g., damaged packaging). You will be notified in such cases.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fees, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

Currently, EliteBinaa does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

To return a damaged or defective product:

  • Send us an email at info@elitebinaa.com or call (970) 593-3192 with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the defective product back to us.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Late Returns

We ask that you return products within 30 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any late returns.

8. International Returns

If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable customs fees or duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
